Costs
Shipping is free on every order over 75€. Below that, a flat rate applies depending on the destination.

The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla sit outside the EU customs union. We can ship there, but the order may attract import duty and local handling fees that we cannot collect in advance — write to us first and we will quote it properly.
How long it takes
Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day leave the same day. After that, or at the weekend, they leave the next working day.

These are the carrier's working estimates, not guarantees. Peak weeks — the run-up to Christmas, and the first warm week of the season — can add a day.
Tracking
Every order ships tracked. You will get the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is collected, usually in the late afternoon.
If the tracking has not moved for two working days, that is worth telling us about rather than waiting — it usually means the parcel is sitting at a depot and a phone call frees it.
Something went wrong with the delivery
- Parcel marked delivered but not there — check with neighbours and the building entrance first, then write to us within 7 days and we will open a claim with the carrier.
- Parcel arrived damaged — photograph the box before you open it fully, and send us the photos. That photo is what settles a carrier claim.
- Wrong item — we pay the return postage and send the right one. You do not need to argue for that.
